Get a value from a dynamic checkbox inside a dynamic table

Hi,
 I am trying to return the value of whether a dynamic checkbox inside a dynamic table is checked or not.
I had a similar issue earlier with a dynamic textbox and was able to resolve it using Request.Params("txtBoxID")
 
However, now when I try to use the same method for my checkboxes, it only returns the ones that I checked, not the unchecked.
My question is: Is there any way to force the unchecked boxes to post their values or is there some other way to determine if a checkbox is checked or not inside a dynamically generated HTML table?
