Adding service references for a dynamically loaded user control

Hello

 Adding service reference for a usercontrol making async web service calls works great as long as the control is NOT dynamically loaded. The service proxy javascript doesn't seem to come down from the service. Therefore the call to the webservice call fails. However any scriptreferences to this control (implemented as IScriptControl) works fine. Any ideas on how to get around this limitation?
