Rounding a double to two decimal points

Hi guys
I want to round the result(double value) to two decimal points. when i use the method Math.Round() its working fine. but i have to round it up even if the result is an integer value.
ie, 15.0032 ---> 15.00 and
15 ------> 15.00


Please help ...
