I have a SQL database with a table storing three collums. ClientID, StartRange, EndRange.
The user needs to add records to a different table - the number being inputted by the user eeds to fall in the range where it is equal to the client he is adding if for. There can be a number of different ranges for a client which where I am falling over, it would be easier if it was just the one range!
What is the best way to check this- I was thinking a customer validator method in the code behind?
Would I need a Stored Proceedure? or some DataSet Tables and some how parse the ranges?
