Hello.
Our customers are complaining that my passwordrecovery control on my "Forgot your password" page simply stopped working the other day and I'm not sure why (to make matters worse, the passwords are encrypted, so I can't simply email them their password). I haven't made any changes to my code so I'm a little perplexed. What could cause this control to just suddenly stop working?
Every time I enter a valid email address, I get a message saying: "We were unable to access your information. Please try again." This happens immediately after I enter the email address, before I'm prompted for my security question.
In my membership table in my database, these users ARE approved and are NOT locked out. More mysterious is my login control (which uses membership also) works fine.
