Controls inside detailview

Hi, All,
I need to populate the sessions (radiobuttonlist control)  based on dropdownbox selected value within  a detailview control in editItemTemplate mode. I will write code to populate the sessions. How do I retrieve the dropdown box value and radiobuttonlist value (I mean in which event using DetailView control)?
