How to make a hyperlink button

 When I use a hyperlink control I get to set Navigate URL.  But the control is rendered as underlined text. 
I would like to have a button that operates like a hyperlink.  However, while the Button control has desired graphics, it only allows me to specify a PostBack URL, not a Navigate URL.
Seems like a pretty simple problem.
