User in intranet can see all pages EXCEPT default.aspx

Hi Community,

Has anybody else had this problem?  I am working an intranet application and have developed a site that authenticates against each user's Windows NetID.  Everybody can log in and see every page...except for one user.

The odd thing about this single user is that they can see every single page in the application EXCEPT for default.aspx.  Any ideas what the problem could be?
