Application_Start (global.asax) not firing on Server

Hi,

Can anyone help me?

I hava a Application_Start event in my global.asax file. It is all ok in my computer (winxp or win2003), Bu when pass to server, it is not getting called.
void Application_Start(object sender, EventArgs e)
{

//Some statement...

} 

this event is not at all raising..

any ideas..?
