Binding data reader items to a literal.

hello,
I am trying to loop trough a datareader and display the data to a literal, the reason i am trying to do this is to put the items from the datareader into a marquee. below is my my code
i can loop trought the datareader using the following

While myDR.Read()
myDR("Title")

End While
How can i take the above code and add it to a literal for eg..
Literal1.Text = "<marquee>" &  display the items from the datareader here  & "</marquee>"
