Help with inserting text into textbox

Is there any way to insert text in a multiline textbox at runtime like any number of rows down?  If I had
protected void Page_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
Textbox1.Text = "text";
}

But wanted it to appear on the third line, is there a way to go about that?
