Apologies to start sorry this Thread is a little on the long side...
I have looked around but cant seem to find a solution to this that I can limpet
I have web page on which sits a silver-light app that utilizes a web cam.
while the web cam is running I grab a frame from it and process the image I get.
The processing works fine however the output from the webcam is jittery like a stop action vidio
I have been told that threading would help I have even implemented a solution only to find I get the exact same output
