I am developing one application which need continious updation in database in frequent interval lets assume after every 10 sec.
I have hosted my site in thrid party hosting provider so i cant use windows services or any windows application also i dont have Sql Job
permission in database lavel so i can't create sql procedure for doing countinious updation.
I want to know how i can achive this continious updation in background without hampering my web application. Plz help me.
