Need to be able to build a confirmation script based on content from my Form

So I'm using a radListView and I am allowing users to contribute data.  I have the typical javascript onclick confirmation, (are you sure you want to do this).
However, I need this one to be smarter.  I need to be able to access the Textbox with the new contant as well as a combobox and present this to the user as below.
'Are you certain you wish to add (textbox1.text) to (combobox1.selectedText)?'
Can someone help me figure this one out?
