Cache Problem in Production Site

Hi All,
I just want to ask if how can i avoid cache problem in production.
The scenario is, everytime i edit my .js file and upload it to production, it doesn't reflect on the website.. it needs to clear first the server cache before my .js will reflect.
Is thier any solution on this one.
