Hi,

I have a master page which contains a LoginStatus control. Since a user login the application, the text of the control automatically changed to 'logout'.

I want to redirect to another page if the LoginStatus control clicked. So I config the properties of the control:
LogoutAction =Redirect
LogoutPageUrl= logout.aspx

But when I click the 'logout', the screen still goes to Login page and the Url is:
http://localhost:1559/DemoApp/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fDemoApp%2fLogout.aspx
I knew the reason why it goes to login page. It is because since the user logout, it does not have any valid credential. So the IIS redirect to the login page based on the web.config of the application.

My question is: when the LoginStatus control clicked, if I want redirect to another page without going through the login page, what should I do?

Thanks,
