getting username and password

I am trying to get the username and password for people logged into a server.

response.write(request.servervariables("AUTH_PASSWORD"))  does not show up as anything.

response.write(system.environment.username)                         shows up as NETWORK SERVICE

How can I get the username and values people used to login to a server?
