how to make RSS feed authenticat??

Hi guys,
I am creating  a content management site and want the user to be updated of the contents that are being added new or deleted...pages added new or updated etc etc..
 For this purpose i have decided to include a RSS feed...This RSS will be generated dynamically based on the recods from database...
In my project i have created a new .aspx page and then added the below code in the load event of the page.
The code used for displaying this RSS is as follows :
