I have an ASP.NET 2.0 Beta 1 (2.0.40607.0) app that works like a dream. I've been using the precompiler to compile it and it has worked without a problem.
Now for some reason its broken.
The uncompiled app still works perfectly but after compilation the precompiled app gives me:
"This application was precompiled with personalization turned off, but it appears to have been turned on after the precompilation, which is not supported. "
I *have* been moving the aspnetsqlprovider file about and getting it secured so this may be the root cause but i don't think so. The uncompiled app still runs without a hitch therefore I don't think db access is the issue but the compiled app remains broken. Obviously the web.config app is identical.
Anyone know where to start looking?
