Hi I have a web application which writes files to the following location on the same server...
d:/inetpub/wwwroot/file1.csv
how can i make a link on my web page which is also hosted here so that someone can click it and download the file... if the file were within my web application i could just drag it on in design view and it would work... but what if its outside the folder that the web application is in? how do i do this?
any help would be appricated
