User control problem

I want to create the template which should contain multiple usercontrols.
I have created two user controls.
i have to create temple with two user controls.
That template should be sent as mail using smtp server.
If i load one user control, that is working properly.
if i load two user controls at a time, first user control is disappeared in mail.
how to add the second user control in template control.
please help me
Control mailTemplate = LoadControl("test.ascx");
i am using above line to load the control.
Control mailTemplate = LoadControl("test1.ascx");
if i put the above line in second.
first text.ascx is disappeard.
what should i do please help me
