I have a password Recovery control for sending the forgotton Password via email now issues is that there are the same email Addresses assigned to two users and when one of them want to reterive his password than error message appears that
We were unable to access your information. Please try again.
how i solve this issue and there should be same email id assigned to more than one user they use that Id as Group.
Any hint or idea is apperiated
