how to pass the byte array of excel file to service

 

Due to some security restrication i cannot create file directly from UI , i have to pass the byte array of  excel file to the some service method , in that service method i have to write some text inside it

and get the wirten excell file back to the UI, and save it down to harddisk.

can anybody tell me how to implement this?
