Page calling Page and back

I trying to create a web application, that first displays an menu page list of reports to be create by user. When option is selected, the application needs to call a page to select the paramenters and then back to first page to finish running the application(ssis, crytals report, etc).  I am using session variable to handle the paramenters, I just need to know how go back to original page. Or do I have to finish processing from the prompt page?
I believe I learned something like that in class several years back, I can not remember it.
