Im planning to implement simple Live Chat features to my web application which connecting to MySQL database.
The purpose of this Live Chat is to allow the end-users to chat and get live support from admin/staff of my
web application. Admin/Staff [Live Chat Support Team] will be working 24-7. As a beginner in ASP.Net world (C#),
I totally have no idea about this feature. Can anyone of Pro here can help me in this matter? I would love if
there is any refference, idea or suggestion about this for me.
