A potentially dangerous Request.Form value was detected from the client

I am inserting html into textbox. And whenever I enter anything into the textbox, I want it to see same as i entered in it.
e.g.
if i type
<b>bold text</b>
then it should show me exactly the same as follows
<b>bold text</b>
how to do that please??
