With IE7, unless zoom is set to 100%, anything divs except for the master div that are absolute positioned are not in the correct place. What is the best way to deal with this.

Unfortunately, I have a Web App and the market that it targets still uses IE6 & IE7.  I have many divs absolute positioned and when the page is zoomed in, they are not in the correct place which completely screws up the web page.  What is the best way to deal with this.
Also, How can I set the zoom to 100% with code?
