How can i give a sql-table a unique name

dear reader,

 

Somewhere in my site people create a table in the database how can i give each table an unique name.

Now iam workeing with   "CREATE Mytable" + datetime.now(yyyymmdd) , here is the year month and day the unique id string but this is working for one user when a second user on the same day use the site goes it wrong because te table is already in the database.
