Is there an easy way to parse out the "new" part of a message body that is being pulled out of a pop3 account?
here's an example message body:
this is the new message blah blah blah....
On Thu, Jul 24, 2008 at 4:54 PM, ABC DEF <abcdef@aol.com> wrote:

All I want to extract is the stuff that's above "On Thu, Jul 24...".
