when the authenticated loggin user clicks the logout button (login status control), the ticket (forms authentication, cookiless, "UseUri") which is given to him should re removed from the server.
So that if any attempt is made(with the same ticket) to view secured pages after logging out, it should show error.aspx or login.aspx, the server shouldnt send the secured pages
since the user has logged out..
Now, if i give proper UserID and password, i can see the secured pages. its OK. now i copy my ticket, which is in the quary string, and then logout. the code properly takes me to the
logout.aspx page, telling me that i have been successfully logged out. Fine.
Now the PROBLEM comes:
i paste my copied ticket, and pressed enter. the server shows me Go to the complete details ...
