Command event for Link button not firing for dynamically loaded user control

Hi,

I am loading a user control CtrlTop.ascx(refer to code below) as a container for other user controls. This control loads several user controls dynamically. My objective is to click a link from within any of the child user controls to load other user control.e.g. all the child user controls will have link to all the child controls. Clicking on any of those link will load the corresponding child control to the container control. I have put Link Button controls for that. I have a event declared for the controls which is expected to be caught by the container control and load the corresponding child control. On the command event for each LinkButton the event is firing.

First control loads fine. I click on the link for control 2. It loads fine. Now if I click on link to Control 3 from Control 2, it loads Control 1. Can anybody tell me the reason for this?? the code is as follows:
