How I can find a control from class.

I created a web control the I also cerate a class.

In this class I created controls for this web control.

 

I created a fileupload at runtime in tablecell(tc)  with

tc.Controls.Add(AddFileUpload("fuKatFotoEkle",466,"textbox" ));
