CreateUserWizard - How to change the position of the "Create User" Button?

Hi,
How can the position of the "Create User" Button be changed?
I have tried converting to template and I have even succeeded somehow converting the whole wizard into a table.
However.
Both did not work, they allow for some formatting of the button, but the position of the button cannot be shifted. I cannot click and drag the button, neither was I able to change or even access its position in the code behind.
Would be grateful for competent advice.
