I started to use validation controls in my forms (RequiredFieldValidator especifically) and I am having a strange behavior. The validation control is working fine displaying the error message indicating that certain field must be filled, immediately after getting this message I type something in such a field and click an insert button that gets the information into a table but it does not work the way it should. The error message is removed but the record is not inserted until I click the insert button once more. Of course, I want to click the insert button only once.
What is wrong?
