Hi,
I have an ASP.NET website.
I need to add an online support chat (1 on 1) to a website. A simple link (Online help) would allow a user to receive help by chatting with the support team. More than one person can ask for help simultaneously.
I don't really know how to start that. Should I develop it myself, is it something that would take more than a couple of weeks? Is there a proven 3rd party component I could buy that does all the work already.
Anyone can help me by putting me on the right track with this project.
