How to integrate with more webform which can let call from .XAML page?

Dear All,
               I'm looking to create new webform which link to .xaml page then I can edit the .xaml
page using Expression tool. I'm using Visual Studio 2010 and Expression Blend 4.
               If anyone knows the solution please provide the details.
