In my one application I have to consume one webservice Async. This web service is hosted somewhere I only want to consume it in my application. Some time this webservice to much busy and response very slowly. I want to call this webservice Async and set the time out for 5 minutes. I want if the service not responding withing 5 minutes then my application create one database entry as "session timeout".
The problem is that the WebRequest.TimeOut property is only applicable for synchronous calls.
Please guide me.
