Hi!
i have VS 2008 installed on Vista... and i don't have any database program on my computer
i want to make a website with login and stuff like that but i just want to use default provider ...
i start the VS2008 .. go to website->asp.net configuration->provider.. it shows me the message
"Your application is currently configured to use the provider: AspNetSqlProvider"
after i choose "Select a single provider for all site management data " and click on the "test" link in front of the selected provider it shows me this message:
"Could not establish a connection to the database.
If you have not yet created the SQL Server database, exit the Web Site Administration tool, use the aspnet_regsql command-line utility to create and configure the database, and then return to this tool to set the provider."
