How to restrict user to open another browser window or any application(word,notepad etc)

hi,

I am tring to do an online test web application.To make it more secure,I want to restrict user to open any other instance of browser except my application or nay other application like word,notepad etc.I mean to say to restrict him to open google,or any other useful site while my application is being opened.How can  i do that?I tried with system.diagnostics.process.getprocesses() but its not working with "IEXPLORER".Any sugessions regarding this issue.Can we do that using AppDomain concept?
