I am trying to download files via FTP. I can download a number of files from a directory, but others give an Access Denied error. I tried to use the PLESK control panel to reset the permisions for these files but I get a message saying I am not allowed to change their permissions, although I have full permissions for the owning directory.
(For what it's worth, the affected files are all .jpg and were created by the Web App by copying an uploaded file. I can read similar .jpg files created in the same way in other directories with no problem)
