Hi i want to store a dataview in memcached, in order to do this, my dataview would have to be serializable, which is not possible, well from what i have read. My question is how do i get around this, at the same time maintaining my paging and srting, here is what my code looks like at the moment;
MemcachedClient mc = new MemcachedClient();
DataView dvBookings;
dvBookings= (DataView)mc.Get("BookingsList_" + EventID.ToString());
Bookings bookings = new Bookings ();
if (dvBookings== null)
{
dvBookings= bookings .SelectBookingsByEventID_DV(eventID); ---- THIS METHOD HERE IS THE DATAVIEW
BookingItems.DataSource = dvBookings;
mc.Store(StoreMode.Set, "BookingsList_" + EventID.ToString(), dvBookings); --- i try to cache the dataview here
