Add dynamic Control from a class -- error <% ... %> but cant edit any pages

Hi, please can you help

I'm trying to add a control to a page dynamically from an object. The page that the control it is being added to might or might not have a master page. I am also not able to edit any of the pages that I need this control added to as there are to many pages. 

Below is the closest that I have for now but I get this error
error:The Controls collection cannot be modified because the control contains code blocks (i.e. <% ... %>).

 but i cant remove or edit any of these code blocks on the pages - every thing must be added dynamically from the class MyObject
