Hi all, I have been told to design a login form where the user has to provide a user name  and his date of birth to be authenticated (this data is in Sql Server data base). It is an internet based web application. But I have been told not to use Forms authentication.

1. Is it possible to use Windows Authentication here?

2. If I use Windows authentication then how can I validate the user with the user name and DATE OF BIRTH ( I have to use three dropdownlists in mm/dd/yy format), as we know Windows Authentication validates users with the System User name and password?

3. Is SQL Server Authentication a mode of Authentication in ASP.NET like Forms, Windows and Passport ?

4. When using Sql Server Authentication how does the Web.Config file look like (Authentication=??????)  &nbs ...

Go to the complete details ...
