how do create afile in the server side

hello i am trieng to create afile in the server side

 so i write Stream sr = File.Create(Directory .GetCurrentDirectory ()+"//aa.bin");

sr.Close();

but i get an access denied exception message the message was

c:/windows/window32/serve/aa.bin denied so how could i create and reade afile from the server
