Hi..
I did the security tutorial on the learn section and downloaded the c# code.. which pertains to logging in and validation.

I've tinkered with it for a few hours now trying to figure out two things.
1. When you log in, it takes you back to the default.aspx page. i've tried setting the default url in the web.config but it shows an error or at minimum loses its validation.
I'd like to know how to redirect someone to a different page for example ~/panel/Cpanel.aspx when they login instead of default.aspx
2. How do i SECURE ~/panel/Cpanel.aspx to where a person can't go directly to the URL without a password and or have it prompt them for a password when they try to access it????

p.s. .net framework 3.5 solutions suit me best unless their backwards compatible
