Set two colors fro single dropdownlist's Item

Hi All,
How to set two colors fro single dropdownlist's Item.
Suppose dropdownlist id is ddlState.When i bind data in dropdownlist that data is
"Select a state within usa or Other Countries"
by this code ddlState.item.insert(0,"Select a state within usa or Other Countries");
What i want that i want to show only "Other Countries" text is in brown color and
"Select a state within usa" is in black color.
So please help asap.

ddl.Items.Insert(0, "Select a state in USA or Other countries");
