windows workflow - how do i use it?

Are there any architectural guidelines for using windows workflow?

I read a blog where it was used to co-ordinate data transfer between the UI and business layers - is that right?

Would it be recommended to use� with co-ordinating small flows - for example, modifying an order due to a delivery option change.
