Deselect the radiobuttonlist

I want to let the user have 2 option:

1. Only can select one of the item from the radiobuttonlist

2. Not select any item

But, i found that the radiobutton cannot deselect the item once it has been selected. (This cause my option 2 cannot work)

How to have a deselect function to the radiobuttonlist?
