Hello friends,
i have one field in table is membershipid which in varchar as data type.
previously i have membershipid till 2210 and i want to start membershipid from 100000.
what i m doitg i set last record to 1000000 and executing below query.
but i am getting 2211 as new id insted of 1000001.
i also tried to find max id which i get 2210 insted of 1000000.
below is my query plz suggest me this is working fine if i dont have any recods in my table
select isnull(max(MemberShipId+1),1000000) as Memb ...
