How can i open a file into a textbox from memory?

Hi Every1,

I want to be able to open a text file into a textbox from any users desktop, therefore i can not specify the path and name of the file as it will change every time.

I am using C# .Net and tried to use the openFileDialog but it would not allow it. I also tried to use the FileUpload control but do not know how to get it to read from memory ?

If any1 could help it would be greatly appreciated.
